From I-94 (South)

Take I-94 West which will turn into 41 North. Continue on 41 North until you reach Park Avenue West. Take a right turn on Park Avenue West (Eastbound) and proceed approximately a half-mile. Follow the signs to the medical office building (767 Park Avenue West). We are in Suite B400 in the basement of the building.

From I-88 / I-294 (South)

Take I-88 East to I-294 North. Continue on I-294N to Deerfield Rd. Turn right (Eastbound) on Deerfield Rd. and continue through the town of Deerfield into Highland Park.

NOTE: Deerfield Ave. changes to Central Ave.

Take Central Ave. until Sunset Ave. stoplight. Take a left turn (Northbound) and go approximately five (5) blocks to Park Avenue West. Take a right turn (Eastbound) into the hospital area. Follow the signs to the medical office building (767 Park Avenue West). We are in the basement of the building, Suite B400.

From the North

Take Route 41 South. Exit on Park Avenue West and make a left (Eastbound). Continue for approximately one half mile. Follow the signs to the medical office building (767 Park Avenue West). We are in the basement of the building, Suite B400.

If you are traveling on I-294 South, exit on Deerfield Rd. and turn left (Eastbound). Continue for several miles through the town of Deerfield into Highland Park.
